The Board of Chapter 1041 is elected by the membership to serve a two year term. 

Nominations are solicited in January of odd numbered years, the slate is published in February and the election is held at the April meeting.
A nominating committee is appointed at the January meeting; however, nominations are accepted from the floor.
The Board is pledged to execute the mission of the organization.
